I futzed around trying to automagically transform (maying using what I
gleaned of your WSDL workflow?)

We can't fix the submission without a fair amount of effort
(signatures from the five orgs, signoff from related WGs, which in
this case is data-shapes). If we're only fixing typos, hopefully the
WG will say "yeah, whatever".
