It's SHACL not SHAQL

I see more and more references to SHAQL. This is however not the name we 
have agreed to use.

RESOLUTION: Adopt "SHACL" as the name for our specification
http://www.w3.org/2015/02/18-shapes-minutes.html#resolution04

If anyone wants to change the name to SHAQL they're welcome to make a 
proposal but until any such proposal is made and approved, please, stick 
to SHACL.
