https://w3c.github.io/data-shapes/data-shapes-ucr/ less so, but
I think
s{script src='http://www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common'}
 {script src='//www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common'}
will fix that.
