Data Shapes WG Draft minutes for 30-31 October 2014

Hi all,

I finally managed to get around to taking a first pass at the minutes of 
the Face to Face meeting. I made sure the basic structure is correct, 
scribes are labeled appropriately, topics are set, resolutions are clearly 
labeled as such, etc. I fixed a couple of typos I stumbled upon but there 
is more that could be done.

I invite you to have a look and fix as needed. If you're planning on 
having a long editing session I highly recommend you tell everyone so that 
we avoid duplicating and possibly overriding each other's work.

Special thanks again to Dean who scribed most of the 2nd day and did a 
great job.
