Re: RDF Data Shapes Issue Tracker fixed

If you go to http://www.w3.org/2014/data-shapes/track/issues/4 you will see 
two buttons above the list of emails, "Show all emails in-line" and "Hide all 
in-line emails".  They do not appear to work at all.

There appears to be quite a long delay before the emails are accessible at 
all.  This could cause problems in the future.  On the other hand, the fact 
that there is a relevant email shows up quickly so at least we will know to 
look for the email.
