CSV on the Web validator (java-based)

Hello,

I would like to announce a Java-based CSVW validator with a web UI created
as a Master's thesis by a student of mine (Vojtěch Malý) a year ago.

It is not a complete implementation of the specification, and the student
has left academia after defending the thesis, so no active development can
be expected unless the community adopts the implementation.

Nevertheless, I use the implementation to validate CSVs published as open
data with CSVW descriptors in Czechia and it seems to fit my use cases, so
maybe it could help someone here too.

On GitHub, I forked the original student's repository in case we need to
develop something ourselves (https://github.com/opendata-mvcr/csvw-validator)
and this would also be a good place to post feedback, issues, etc.

There is a demo instance running on https://csvw.opendata.cz I use which
anyone can try out.
