Hi Yakov, We advertised the request for reviews on the Working Drafts here http://www.w3.org/blog/news/archives/4619, tweeted it, and asked specific groups to comment. We received comments from I18N, A11y, TAG, and a few individuals. We’ll be pushing out more, particularly to implementers, during CR.
