I am still seeing two empty requirements categories. See use-cases-and-requirements/index.html lines 3220-3231.

Also, don't forget to update the requirements analysis docs @ use-cases-and-requirements/csvw-requirements-notes.csv (& .xls) and on the wiki @ https://www.w3.org/2013/csvw/wiki/Requirements_analysis
