Re: CSVW WG call agenda (weds 2014-12-17): FPWD for CSV2JSON, CSV2RDF; new WDs for syntax, metadata docs

All - I’ve finished editing both the [JSON][1] and [RDF][2] mapping documents. Updates within the last hour, so please be aware. Only minor changes on the JSON doc; look at the [commit history][3] on github to see what’s different. 

Looking forward to feedback galore :-)
