One test from the css-ui-3 test suite was missing an HTTP headers. I've added it[1], but it doesn't seem to work, as running the test[2] still loads the file [3] without the desired header (Content-Encoding: gzip). I've waited more than 24h, so it's probably not just a matter of waiting for a cache to clear or a build to happen.
