Re: [css-writing-modes-3] 16 background-position tests

I have reviewed background-position tests.

- background-posiiton-vlr-003.xht
- background-posiiton-vlr-011.xht
I think hat these test case can pass in browser which vertical layout is
not implemented.
Do you have any idea to make fail when vertical layout is not implemented,
and pass when vertical layout is implemented?
