Hĺkon, http://test.csswg.org/source/contributors/opera/submitted/multicol/multicol-rule-color-inherit-001.xht This test is not testing what it was originally intended to be testing. I do not have right to propose a replacement right now but the test must use nested multi-column elements in order to test this correctly.
