Per the resolution in today's CSS working group teleconference on
'overflow', http://www.w3.org/mid/4CBF8905.2050409@inkedblade.net ,
the test overflow-applies-to-014 is now invalid, and should be
swapped to test that overflow does apply to inline-table.
