are incorrect since the descriptions request a cursor specific to
resizing in two directions, whereas the cursor names 'e-resize',
etc., are for resizing on a specific edge.  (css3-ui adds additional
cursor names for bidirectional resizing.)  (This distinction doesn't
matter on Windows, but it matters on other platforms.  For slightly
