On the member-only working group list, I was asked for a status update on Mozilla's implementation report, which I'll also share here: I've: ...manually run the test suite from Chapter 1 through partway through Chapter 5 (where the :first-letter tests start). ...run all the reftests (838 tests). ...built a list of the 3683 unique images for the noninteractive tests (17899 tests, including the 'paged' ones that I shouldn't have included). ...marked 1316 of those 3683 images as pass / fail / requires manual test (using a script that shows me the images). Since I started with the most common images (I've now done all images that occur more than twice), this means there are currently 5425 of the 19457 tests remaining (and that includes the manual tests, which I largely haven't looked at yet, except for Chapter 1 through partway through Chapter 5). ...analyzed some of the failures that I've come across so far. I'm publishing all of this work (including the scripts I've been using to do it) at the Mercurial repository here: http://hg.mozilla.org/users/dbaron_mozilla.com/css21-implementation-report/ This includes the in-progress implementation report and the scripts used to generate it. -David -- L.
