Same thing applies to horizontal spacing as well for Indic languages styling
issues like the Horizontal spacing between characters like C E R T I F I C A T
E the space is given between the every character in case of English. But in
case of Indian language like Bangla, Assamese etc the space may given not in
every character but after some portion of the character sequence.
