Here's a [demo](https://codepen.io/lilles/pen/VYmjXgJ) of how scroll-anchoring ignores sticky positioned elements (per spec) and adjusts the scroll offset to keep the in-flow content after the sticky pos at the same position, which leads to the sticky-pos no longer be sticky.
