The CSS Working Group just discussed ``[css-backgrounds-4] Decide on name for shorthand covering everything `background-*` except `background-color` ``, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: close this issue, no change`
* ``RESOLVED: No change for now, use `background` shorthand + `background-color: revert-rule` ``
