I don't have strong opinions on what the element-sharing keyword should be. However, I *do* feel strongly that we should maintain the current behavior where the randomness starts out "maximally random"/"maximally unshared", and as you add more details to the sharing key it consistently *increases* the sharing and makes more functions use the same random value.
