Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-values-5] The `<random-value-sharing>` options for `random()` are confusing (#13132)

"shared between properties on a single element" is a way something can be specific to one element and also shared across multiple things.

When fully reading the spec and examples I can get my mental model right, but when coming back to it after some time I always read it wrong again. Don't know why my brain does that 🤷
