Just to iterate on the discussion from the call, @fantasai said that `:read-only` and `:read-write` are already well-defined in the spec, so she argued they should be added to the Snapshot. In the end, we concluded to first add some more WPTs covering them before we add them to the Snapshot. This argument was also made for several of the other pseudo-classes. So we need more tests, also in regard of #12799.
