Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-image-animation] Definition of content and decorative image (#13440)

I think it would already help if the definition of _content image_ began with “A replaced element of …”.

By the way, I just realized, that most modules still point to [CSS2](https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/conform.html#replaced-element) when they reference the term _replaced element_ (which they often don’t do with a link), although [css-display](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-display/#replaced-element) offers a more recent definition (albeit in the glossary in Annex A).
