Although theoretically IVS can solve this issue, the procedural hurdles involved may be significant. Moreover, it does not fully address the problem of choosing the rendered characters via language tags.

Furthermore, applying to the Ideographic Variation Database typically requires the backing of a government agency or a dedicated digitization project.

And more importantly, we must first establish a platform and compile a comprehensive glyph set first.
