> So I think authors using this <meta> are essentially already agreeing that they're building their page by using CSS's layout systems in ways that aren't going to cause overlapping, cut off, or otherwise inaccessible text, rather than verifying by testing that they're not doing that. Right, that's their intention. But beyond an expected range of sizes, things often fail in ways the author didn't consider.
