Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-text-4] `text-spacing-trim` (and `font-feature-settings: "palt"`) is harmful for Yu Gothic UI (system-ui in Japanese Windows) (#11074)

The font fix release was so delayed that Chromium ended up applying the worst possible makeshift patch imaginable, giving Yu Gothic UI special treatment. Does Microsoft intend to force other Windows-compatible browsers to implement similar patches?
