Not to discount the rest of what you've written @tkent-google, as it all sounds great. However, this sounds brilliant: > *Shorthand Property: text-grow and text-shrink could be shorthand properties, potentially with longhand properties such as text-grow-target and text-grow-limit. Definitely sounds like it would avoid any confusion whilst allowing flexibility. Should it could be considered to add another longhand property with line-height/letter-spacing values? If clarity and flexibility are considered, at least.
