@birtles @flackr which subsections should be flagged here? @ydaniv do they relate to the [three issues you posted about](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/11466#issuecomment-2625295147)?

Also, an updated WD needs a changes section (since FPWD on 21 February 2023) extracted from the [edit history](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commits/main/web-animations-2/Overview.bs)
