Fair. Though I think if you don't disallow it, a bit of exposition about what it would mean. 

It also may require disambiguating what the parse of something like "none, none, none" means (though, this may be well defined, I can never recall if the CSS grammar syntax allows for cases where you have to greedily parse to disambiguate, so it maybe fine).
