Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-pseudo-4] Enable use of `text-stroke` on `::first-letter` pseudo element (#10892)

The property works fine in text, but needs to be applied to the entirety of the text element in Chromium browsers, which hold up the majority of users anyway.

> User agents may apply other properties as well.

That sentence's relation to the matter is rather vague, but i appreciate the fact that is technically accurate, the property is allowed.

I had not realized of that support, i shall file a ticket with Chromium for support of this feature then. 

All the same, it would be amazing if it could be required. Keeping this issue, unless recommended otherwise.
