> should we get a resolution in advance Yeah, I didn't manage to get a use-counter going yet, so let's get a resolution in advance. Given that the usage for `@scope` in general is still [very low](https://chromestatus.com/metrics/feature/timeline/popularity/4212), and this change only applies to `@scope` as a nested group rule, I'm fairly confident that a narrower use-counter will show an acceptable number.
