The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-text] Preventing too-short final lines of blocks (Last Line Minimum Length)`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Adopt edits; open a new GH issue to discuss the name and mark issue in spec`
* `RESOLVED: Adopt edits; open a new GH issue to discuss the name and highlight issue in spec`
