Sorry if this is not the right place for ask. Are there plans on publishing new Draft for CSS Nesting? [The latest WD was published over a year ago](https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/WD-css-nesting-1-20230214/) and does not cover the relaxed syntax update. I know there are other issues (decl shifting-up stuffs) so it not a right time for an update for editors; however, relaxed syntax is already shipped in major engines.
