Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-images-4][css-color-5] color-mix() and cross-fade() have different serialization order? (#9405)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-images-4][css-color-5] color-mix() and cross-fade() have different serialization order?`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: Make cross-fade() match color-mix() serialization order`

<emilio> chris: we have two things that arguably are similar, but where the syntax is not aligned
<emilio> ... one is shipped and interoperable, and the other one is not implemented anywhere
<emilio> ... I agree that it should be aligned and I offered to make a PR to align cross-fade() with color-mix()
<TabAtkins> +1 from me
<emilio> astearns: so proposal is to make cross-fade() match color-mix() serialization
<emilio> astearns: objections?
<emilio> +1
<TabAtkins> my serialization order was fairly arbitrayr, as the first example of this function
<emilio> RESOLVED: Make cross-fade() match color-mix() serialization order
<emilio> chris: want a PR or should I just edit the spec?
<emilio> TabAtkins / fantasai: just edit
