Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Channel clipping breaks author expectations, especially when using 'perceptually uniform' spaces (#9449)

I forked [this codepen](https://codepen.io/jamessw/full/jOdYmRG) by @jamesnw and recalculated for a different color which is outside `rec2020`: `color(rec2020 -0.02 1.05 0.075)`. I made two versions, the same color expressed in two syntaxes:

- [color is `color(rec2020 -0.02 1.05 0.075)`](https://codepen.io/svgeesus/pen/yLwQGRj)
- [color is `oklch(85.7383% 0.479469 153.371)`](https://codepen.io/svgeesus/pen/ZEPmwEm)

In latest Chrome Canary (Version 123.0.6298.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)) I see no difference between the two. Also, the "browser clip" version looks even worse than the "author clip"!

Maybe I should try again, but even further outside `rec2020`.

Once again the same pen viewed on the same monitor in Firefox Nightly looks totally different.

Wish I was physically at the f2f so others could see my screen. As well as "**needs whiteboard**" we should have a "**needs calibrated wide gamut monitor**".
