For Question 1 I have been thinking about [`color-scheme`](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-adjust/#color-scheme-prop). > The color-scheme property allows an element to indicate which color schemes it is designed to be rendered with. Maybe something similar is needed for gamuts? So that authors can declare for an entire page or per element which gamuts are supported. If set to `display-p3` then everything will be gamut mapped to `display-p3` regardless of hardware capabilities. -- GitHub Notification of comment by romainmenke Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/9449#issuecomment-1936036168 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
