Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-fonts-4] Enable font-palette:dark by default in dark mode (#7276)

The CSS Working Group just discussed `[css-fonts-4] Enable font-palette:dark by default in dark mode`, and agreed to the following:

* `RESOLVED: close this no change`

<details>
The full IRC log of that discussion

<fremy> chris: myles proposed it
<fremy> chris: emilio had a comment
<fremy> myles: I haven't worked on this since the comment, but emilio had a comment
<fremy> emilio: I think I agree, but we should respect that only if the color-scheme acknowledges that the page uses the dark theme
<fremy> myles: what is the counter-proposal?
<fremy> emilio: I would rely on the used value
<fremy> emilio: normal would look at the used value of color scheme, and adjust based on that
<chris> q+
<fremy> myles: it's kind of heavy, but probably better in the end, so ok
<astearns> s/heavy/yucky/
<fremy> myles: so, should we close it no change based on that?
<miriam> ack chris
<fremy> chris: I agree
<miriam> ack fantasai
<fremy> fantasai: I think I agree we should be looking at color-scheme and not the media query
<fremy> myles: that's what we do, indeed
<chris> q+
<fremy> miriam: ok, so let's close this no change
<fremy> RESOLVED: close this no change
</details>
