IMHO With the narrow (relative to current desired uses) initial intent of the sticky position scheme, I'm quite interested if we could expand the features being explored by houdini's [layout-api](https://github.com/w3c/css-houdini-drafts/blob/master/css-layout-api/EXPLAINER.md) &/or [animation worklet](https://github.com/w3c/css-houdini-drafts/blob/master/css-animation-worklet-1/README.md) to guide this native css features design?
