I think that test predates (or does not take into account) the [CSS WG resolution](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7876#issuecomment-1379264467). > RESOLVED: keywords with multiple specified types result in number As @LeaVerou [said](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7876#issuecomment-1379200193): > The rule we are discussing is "RCS keywords return `<number>` if `<number>` is one of the accepted input types for the component" So yeah, that test is wrong and 270 is a number.
