Follow-up on the recent change: is it intentional to not allow mixing an extent keyword and a length/percentage?

`<radial-extent>{1,2} | <length-percentage [0,∞]>{1,2}` vs. `[<radial-extent> | <length-percentage [0,∞]>]{1,2}`
