Okay, then _if_ CSS wanted to not clamp chroma in a manually input chroma value of `oklch(0.5 -0.1 270)`, it could instead just accept it as `oklch(0.5 0.1 90)`. But one could argue people shouldn't be using negative chroma inputs and leave it at that :).
