> Technically you could have a JS driven scroll but I suspect that's not the main use-case and it'll end up being a footgun I mean simple WA API animations, not scroll-linked ones, that are paused, and then driven by the author - say via user interaction (e.g. `touchmove`). So these too can have their `currentTime` set back and forth. My question is do we count these as monotonically increasing as well? Or in a more generic form, do we disallow scrubbed effects entirely?
