Running an [informal Twitter poll](https://twitter.com/TerribleMia/status/1503837819940179970). I'm not surprised to see a majority of people _unsure_ about use-cases (many authors only use very simple animations) – but of those with an opinion, [several](https://twitter.com/AmeliasBrain/status/1503847282596274178?s=20&t=msh7-9KHfCAEUSmEN7-Qrg) have [expressed excitement](https://twitter.com/sarah_edo/status/1503952984950018048?s=20&t=msh7-9KHfCAEUSmEN7-Qrg) about having this `revert-layer` ability inside keyframes, and some [frustration only having limited ability to achieve this](https://twitter.com/estellevw/status/1503968137091289088?s=20&t=msh7-9KHfCAEUSmEN7-Qrg) at the start/end of animations. This seems to me like both a reasonable/expected behavior for `revert-layer` in keyframes, and also one that has some utility. -- GitHub Notification of comment by mirisuzanne Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7083#issuecomment-1069398083 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
