Why we cannot at least have focus follow `order` CSS rule for flexbox and grid? `order` accessibility drawback is extremely severe because of that. If you want an accessible page it's useless, just like `tabIndex` of any value, other than `-1` and `0`, because there is no way to isolate it in a particular section.
