@bfgeek I think the important question is more along the lines of: Do web-developers expect the aspect-ratio to be preserved, even if this would result in the item overflowing its container, or do they expect it lose the aspect-ratio and shrink in order to minimize overflow? Because the critical reason that we allow shrinkage is to prevent overflow.
