I assume that database is automatically generated. I haven't seen similar problems where specs constantly link to level 3 or to CSS 2.1 when a later spec exists.

There is also the wierd pop-up where `<color>` expands to `aliceblue|etc|etc` which would be better to be an expansion of `namedcolor`.
