The TAG review has finished and they are satisfied. They didn't raise any concerns about the points @josepharhar raised in [this comment](https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/511#issuecomment-767007651), so I think all of the points raised at the CSSWG meeting two weeks ago have been addressed satisfactorily. I think this should be enough to resolve on this new feature. Adding agenda+.
