Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Consider clarifying Highlight system color, and maybe adding a new system color for control background (#6008)

In other words the reworded resolution would be

> `HilightText` and `Highlight` color represents selected text color and selected text background, which is what you'd use for ::selection

which then makes the proposal for 

> SelectedItem / SelectedItemText

the other pair (which map to the same colors, on Windows)
