Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Consider clarifying Highlight system color, and maybe adding a new system color for control background (#6008)

Okay I thought this was simple but from the minutes:

> Highlight color represents selected text color which is what you'd use for ::selection

while from the current spec

> **Highlight**
     Background of selected items/text. 
**HighlightText**
     Text of selected items/text. 

Soooo were we talking about `HighlightText` here? Because `Highlight` is a background color, not a text color. Or were we talking about the pair `HighlightText` and `Highlight`?
