j9t has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [css-logical] Inconsistency of case in headings ==
(This issue seems to affect more than just this draft.)

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-logical-1/ uses inconsistent case for their headings.

1. Sentence case, as in “Status of this document”
2. Title case, as in “Flow-Relative Box Model Properties”
3. Mixed case, as in “Flow-relative Padding: the padding-block-start, padding-block-end, padding-inline-start, padding-inline-end properties and padding-block and padding-inline shorthands”

In addition, inter-word handling is also inconsistent (“Flow-relative”, but “Four-Directional”).

Just documenting this (I didn’t find a previous report for this), but also volunteering to edit the draft if there is a standard that can be applied.
