Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-scrollbars][css-scrollbars-1] Should we also add scrollbar width control? (#1958)

so i ended up here from [caniuse](https://caniuse.com/#feat=css-scrollbar) page claiming this probably might get removed. however i don't get that intention from the above discussion. will it really be removed? will there be an alternative?
